Is Goal Streak free?
Yes. Goal Streak is free to download and use, with unlimited habits, no ads and no subscription.
Do I need to create an account?
No. There is no sign-up or login. Open the app and add your first habit.
What devices does Goal Streak support?
iPhone with iOS 18 or later and iPad with iPadOS 18 or later.
What languages is Goal Streak available in?
English, French, German, Japanese, Korean, Portuguese, Spanish, Simplified Chinese and Traditional Chinese.
Streaks and habits
What happens to my streak if I miss a day?
Use a streak freeze. Freezing a day keeps your streak intact when you're sick, traveling or taking a planned rest day.
Can I track habits that aren't daily?
Yes. Habits can repeat every day, every other day, on specific days of the week, or weekly.
Can I track a habit more than once a day?
Yes. Set a habit to repeat multiple times a day and use the +/− counter to log each one, such as each glass of water.
Can I use Goal Streak for a challenge like 75 Hard or a 30-day challenge?
Yes. Give the habit an end date and Goal Streak shows a countdown of the days remaining. Tags help you group all the habits in a challenge.
Can I use Goal Streak to break a bad habit?
Yes. Goal Streak was originally built to help cut back on sugar. Create a habit for each day you avoid the thing you're quitting and watch the streak grow.
Widgets, reminders and Siri
Does Goal Streak have widgets?
Yes. Interactive Home Screen widgets let you check off habits and see daily and weekly progress without opening the app.
Can I mark a habit done with Siri?
Yes. Say “Complete a goal in Goal Streak” or use the Complete a Goal action in the Shortcuts app.
How many reminders can I set?
As many as you like. Each reminder has its own time and message.
Privacy and sync
Where is my data stored?
On your device and in your private iCloud account. Goal Streak has no server of its own, and the developer never sees your habits or journal entries. See the privacy policy.
Does Goal Streak sync between iPhone and iPad?
Yes. When you're signed in to the same iCloud account on each device, your habits sync automatically.
Does Goal Streak work offline?
Yes. Everything works without an internet connection. Changes sync to iCloud the next time you're online.
